Ai Otomo (born March 24, 1982) is a volleyball player from Japan, who competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, wearing the number #13 jersey. There she ended up in fifth place with the Japan women's national team. Otomo played as a middle-blocker.
