Subhashini is an actress in South Indian films and television. She usually played supporting roles in her sister's films, famous actress Jayasudha, including the award- winning Meghasandesam (1982). Both of them are nieces of another famous actress and director Vijaya Nirmala.[1]. Subhashini is trying to promote her daughter, Pooja, as an actress.[2].
