Hi, I think you know more about what constitutes a reliable source for Res Evil articles, and was wondering if you'd have a look at this: B.O.W.s (Resident Evil). Speedy deletion of Image:SA56474280 0b951b8c16.jpg

A tag has been placed on Image:SA56474280 0b951b8c16.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. Regarding your hangon comment, yes, that's true that CC licenses are irrevocable. Unfortunately, we have no evidence that the license was ever valid. I strongly suggest uploading flickr images to Wikimedia Commons. They have an upload page specifically for flickr images and if you use it, they will automatically be verified by a bot. You can even use Commons:User:Flickr upload bot to upload your image and the license will be verified right then. If the license is verified, then we accept it no matter what the flickr user does. But if it is uploaded here, we have no evidence that the license was ever valid and have no choice but to delete it. --B (talk) 14:57, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
