This is an anaesthetic device for use when intubating a patient particularly when the view of the larynx is difficult though it may also be used in normal airways Title: A New Mirrored Laryngoscope US 7214184 EP1450669 The European patent has been validated in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Austria and Italy. In Germany and Austria, this European patent has been given patent numbers DE60221889 and AT369783 respectively.
Patent No 2. This is a specialist-breathing device for the efficient portable delivery of high partial pressure oxygen for use in extreme environments of cold and hypobarric. I am currently working on adapting this system for use in a critically hypoxic patient population to allow them to exercise.
