Nota Bene: This is essentially a work article, splitting off the Iowa section from the article June 2008 Midwest floods. Editors are are encouraged to add to this article, all the same time leaving behind in the mother article a good synopsis of what transpires here. Please do not leave templates suggesting deletion until the end of June 2008, which is about the extent of the Iowa emergency. (01:57, June 14, 2008 Ace Telephone)
