Chelsea Lately is a late-night comedy talk show on the television channel E!. It stars comedian Chelsea Handler and premiered on the E! channel on Monday, July 16, 2007 at 11:30 PM Eastern Time, as a successor to the mini-series The Chelsea Handler Show. It is taped in Santa Monica, California, and the set was formerly used by a show on E!'s sister network G4, Attack of the Show! On March 11, 2008 Chelsea announced that the channel had ordered 150 new episodes.

Handler also has an assistant named Chuy who sits across from the round table and interviews studio audience guests and participates alongside Handler in video segments for the show.

According to Nielsen ratings, the show has averaged about 450,000 viewers since its July 2007 premiere.
