Paul Fairburn has presented and managed many different radio stations
Career
Paul Fairburn Started doing jingles for Pennine Radioand took over doing the breakfast show there. He then became the programme Director of 100.7 Heart FM, Birmingham. Whilst there he helped galaxy acheive a good record of attracting large audiences he also grew the station to market leadership in three yearsmaking it becomethe largest radio station outside London. He also built an excellent research call-centre. He then became Managing Director of Galaxy 102.2, Birmingham. There he successfully integrated the old Choice FM into Chrysalis wentfrom the company loss making to £1m profit in the last year and Weekly audience reach grew from 8% to 20% 1998-2005.
