This is very important peace of news because of the last part of the joint statement "an agreement on all problems of that Serbian territory", because earlier when countries asked for further talks between Belgrade and Pristina, Mareklug said for him it means talks between two countries not the country and it's territory. It's the full price of unconditional support on anything. Also Serbia can interestingly influence a couple of countries in Africa whom Serbia (Yugoslavia) helped in post colonial period.
