It was poorly advertised, because they couldn't really show off the movie without paying royalties to the films they parody.. I'm personally wondering what the end really implied.. It was pretty open ended.. - [[User:NemFX|NemFX]] ([[User talk:NemFX|talk]]) 23:30, 10 July 2008 (UTC)

Reception

Changed the phrase "generally favorable" to "mixed", as the stats provided don't back up the claim that most reviews were positive. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wooster84 (talkcontribs) 12:03, 4 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

White Stripes?

Until it's confirmed, I'm removing the section about the White Stripes. "Be Kind, Rewind" is a phrase that's been in use for decades, and the fact that Gondry is friends with the White Stripes does not make the fact that the phrase is used in "Rag and Bone" anything but a coincidence. Feel free to add it back if it's substantiated, but if so, cite sources, please. BOne (talk) 18:56, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

a list of movies?

Should a list of movies that are parodied/redone in the film be made on here?

Possible Reference

I doubt Gondry would have known about this, but on the Nickelodeon show All That they had a series of sketches very similar to the plot of this movie. Should that be noted here? Yoshiman64 (talk) 01:52, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The sketches you're thinking off initially appeared on The Amanda Show, the spinoff of All That. And yeah, maybe it should be noted here. --Tenk you veddy much. --Wack'd Talk to me!Admire my handiwork! 20:14, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nuclear activist?

Is Jerry really a nuclear activist? I don't remember that. He just dislikes the power plant and the "microwaves". --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 22:05, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I changed it to just activist.--Patrick (talk) 11:14, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
