Offensive order from other person
I am deeply sorry. So please, please stop stalking me.--Anan (talk) 11:40, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
*Request: Can you please remove this picture which has been uploaded by you on August 2, 2008? --> http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Salawin_river_at_Mae_Sam_Laep.jpg . I originally uploaded this picture on April 23, 2008 to wikipedia. But because of your upload of my picture to commons.wikipedia on August 2, 2008, my original picture is now due to be deleted--> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Salawin_river_at_Mae_Sam_Laep.jpg . Would you please refrain from re-uploading other people's pictures? Takeaway 13:19, August 2, 2008 (UTC)

:: I again have to repeat myself. I am NOT STALKING YOU. I am replying to your accusation which is extremely offensive to me. Like I already wrote to you before, if you would just let things be. If you had removed all the text including your accusation, I would not have bothered to reply at all. But I will continue to defend myself against unjust accusations. Takeaway 11.45, August 3, 2008 (UTC)
*If you would like me to move my images to commons.wikipedia, please request me to do so instead of doing so yourself without sending me prior notice. It's no fun noticing that pictures which I have uploaded are in the proces of being deleted without me knowing why. Takeaway 13:35, August 2, 2008 (UTC)

:I humbly refuse your requrst for uploading files to wikipedia means -except some cases- uploader allowed anyone to use in anyways according to licences that uploader attached. If you would not like your pictures to be used in other places, please do not upload.--Anan (talk) 13:06, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

* 1. Due to your uploading my image to commons.wikipedia and the subsequent deletion of the original file, the picture link on the Sop Moei page will also be deleted.
* 2. Although you are formally correct that you can re-upload my photo under the GNU license, it would seem to me that it is common courtesy to at least warn someone that their original upload will be deleted due to your actions. It would also seem to be to be common courtesy that you would let the original poster of the photo move the picture to wikipedia.commons. Takeaway 14.32, August 2, 2008 (UTC)

::About 1., You may just re-link that from commons ;-) For me, it seems to have no problem. About 2., what you think common is not common for someone sometimes. Therefore wikipedia has rules. Could you show me any rules that stipulate what you call "common courtesy"? --Anan (talk) 13:48, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

* The fact that something is "common courtesy" means that you can not refer to any written rules, it refers to is what is regarded by many people as not being rude. Takeaway 14.56, August 2, 2008 (UTC)

::I see. If it is not rule, I have need not follow what you said since I am not your humble servant. Then The case closed.
::By the way something said to be "common" is an interesting topic for a discussion. As far as I know, modifying articles, essays, thesis and so on that others wrote "commonly" need warning to the original writer and his/her permission, outside wikipedia. However, on wikipedia we don't have to do so because of GFDL and now modifying without the permission is "common". On the other hand, someone came to me and asked me to stop distribute his/her pictures in commons in spite of it is very lawfull and "common". In this case, who is really "rude" so far? Maybe the only God knows the answere.
::Anyway next time, please notice me only when I violate copyright terms. I follow only rules and law. I would not like to discuss what is common or not, more.--Anan (talk) 14:38, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

* Your action of re-uploading my picture of Mae Sam Laep to commons.wikipedia seems to indicate that you appreciate my picture. It is regrettable that you do not seem to extend that appreciation to the person who made that image and uploaded it. Reading your replies to my initial request and subsequent re-iterations, I now see that in this particular instant (I can not vouch for other instances) where you refuse to acknowledge common courtesy in dealing with other contributors, you are a rude person who hides behind formal rules instead of behaving in a more civilised manner. Takeaway 15.53, August 2, 2008 (UTC)

::Please do not come to me to talk about furthur discussions. It is true I appreciate your picture but that was for whole wikimedia not for promoting you. Anyway your words to me are against this rule. The person who assert that other is rude on the impulse of the moment -such as "regrettable" that you said- and as a resaut of my refusal does not deserve to talk about "common courtesy".--Anan (talk) 15:09, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

* You really have exhausted my patience in trying to convince you to behave in a more civilised manner towards other users. I know you are within your rights to do what you did (but doing so would normally also entail re-linking the relevant pages in which the photo appears). I still stand by my statement that you are hiding behind strict wikipedia rules and not abiding by rules of common courtesy. Takeaway 15.19, August 2, 2008 (UTC)

::I am sorry but my English is very rough because I am not a native. But I think you barely undertand what I said; Please do not come to me to talk about furthur discussions. And next time, please notice me only when I violate copyright terms.
::BTW, It is funny that you still talk about common courtesy and civilised mannar.--Anan (talk) 15:43, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

:::I have slept for a night and calmed myself. However, my conclusion is that I have no reason to be ordered as if I am your seveant and taught about "common courtesy" as if you are my custodian. It is no fun for me to be dealt in this offensive manner, from the first time you wrote to me. You appriciate your pictures and yourself but you do not extent that appriciation to other users. You have no considerations about how I feel if you wrote in that manner. Please acknowledge the true meaning of "courtesy" and re-think about your attitude towards me and make a good use of this experiance for the next time you ask something to others.--Anan (talk) 05:20, 3 August 2008 (UTC)

:::: What a pity that you immediately took offence from my initial request to remove the picture that you had re-uploaded to commons.wikipedia. I did not mean to offend you at all. I was just very alarmed to see that the file that I had uploaded on April 23 would be deleted due to your re-uploading of it. Wouldn't you be alarmed if someone did that to a photo that you had uploaded for no apparent reason at all? If only you had just contacted me to move all my pictures to commons.wikipedia I would have happily done that myself and saved you the trouble. Unfortunately you took offence to my request and immediately became very sarcastic which of course is very offensive to me. So please rethink the impact of your own actions on others before dismissing that of others so easily. Takeaway 09.33, August 3, 2008 (UTC)

If you had removed all the text from your talk page instead of just the part that didn't suit you, I would not have bothered to undo it. Takeaway 10.35, August 3, 2008 (UTC)

By the way something said to be "common" is an interesting topic for a discussion. However, on wikipedia we don't have to do so because of GFDL and now modifying without the permission is "common".
