The Forum of Arcadius (originally known as the Forum of the Cow to contrast with the Forum of the Bull) was a forum in the Xerolophos area of Constantinople, begun by the emperor Arcadius and completed by his son and successor Theodosius II. It contained the column of Arcadius.
