The album peaked at #1 in the USA on the Billboard 200 albums chart. It was certified Platinum in the United States on August 18th, 2008 and it has sold over 1,000,000 copies to date.[1]

On the iTunes store, it did fairly well, staying in the top 10 for the soundtrack genre the week it was released. However, on Sunday, July 20, it became the number-one album on iTunes.

The album had outsold the top 10 albums in the UK Albums Chart by 20 June 2008, however it was ineligible for the main chart.[2]

In New Zealand, the album debuted at number 8 on July 14, 2008, reaching number-one the following week.

In Greece, it reached number-one on the international chart[3] and number 3 on the main albums chart[4]. It has been in the top of the iTunes chart for weeks.

In Australia, it reached #1 in its second week on the ARIA Albums Chart, knocking off the highly-successful Coldplay album Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends.

"Honey, Honey" has also charted at #16 on the Norwegian Singles Chart and #50 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart, due to high download sales, as well as "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)" (#70) and "Lay All Your Love on Me" (#85).
