**Disagree. I contributed the image and its use is in line with Wikipedia:Fair use and is correctly tagged and justified as per Wikipedia:Image description page. If this image is deleted then rightly all screenshot images should be deleted for the same reason. Of course the copyright is owned by someone - I've made that clear on the image description page. Fair use is acceptable in some cases and this case, I believe, is one of them. Why did the person nominating this for deletion ignore two other screenshot images in the same article? This image was part of the article during the time it went through featured article consideration, and the images were discussed at the time, with consensus being that their use was in fact, fair. What's not fair is this nomination for deletion. Rossrs 11:18, 17 September 2005 (UTC)

Not a copyvio. If Noitall had actually read the image description he would see why. See also Wikipedia:Maps from Ordnance Survey. We are well within the ten images limit. What does it is not a proper copyright in any event mean? --
Agree - not a copyvio. OS website clearly states permission for 10 images. --PopUpPirate 10:48, 17 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

As per my comments above - this is another featured article, and the image was discussed during the nomination process and consensus was reached that its use was fair. Rossrs 11:18, 17 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
