Keep them separate.
What most people (in the know) realise, is that Sean Quinn created and nurtured the conglomerate that is the Quinn Group. His personal achievement in creating and sustaining a business empire without boundaries, and ultimately without limits thus far, is beyond precedent in Ireland today, and must be fully recognised, and documented - separate to the documentation of the actual activities of the group itself. It is important that this distinction is recognised and made.
What Sean Quinn has accomplished in his lifetime to date, is nothing short of incredible. He is truly one of the greatest Irish men of the 20th & 21st centuries. He is a true inspiration as to what can be achieved in the modern Ireland, with a spirit of entreprenuralism, and faith in the Irish economy.
Thanks for that bit of Kim Il-sung style propaganda there. Beautiful. StefanBurke (talk) 12:43, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
From what I hear, by far the biggest expense for all GAA clubs around the Ireland these days is the insurance cost each club must pay. So Mr Quinn is a GAA man, his profits on insurance are massive ( as evidenced by figures in the article ). I don't know about being one of the greatest Irish men of the 20th and 21st centuries tho'. Personally I like Percy Bysshe Shelly's declaration of Human Rights - No. 27: "No man has the right to be respected for any other possessions but those of virtue and talents. Titles are tinsel, Power a corrupter, glory a bubble and excessive wealth, a libel on its possessor." -tk-
