Talk:Princess Victoria of the United Kingdom — Princess Victoria of the United Kingdom → Victoria of the United Kingdom (disambiguation) – ... and vice versa, to preserve respective page histories. In a nutshell, "Princess" is the older article, but doesn't comply with the naming conventions; "Victoria" is NC-compliant, but lacks the long and illustrious (or otherwise) page history of the older article. Merge notices have been disputed due to concerns in this area. Hopefully a move (and if necessary, a swap) will keep everyone happy. (Note the and vice versa, please.)
