(US Army helicopters designations: "AH" means: "Attack Helicopter", "AAH" means: "Advanced Attack Helicopter", "RAH" means: "Reconnaissance and Attack Helicopter", "CH" means: "Cargo Helicopter", "OH" means: "Observation Helicopter" and "UH" means: "Utility Helicopter".)

In the United Kingdom, some helicopters with the "CH" designation were sometimes referred to as "Commando Helicopters", not "Cargo Helicopters".
