The music video for the song featured Jim n a dark setting performing the song with his band, while cutting to clips of Jim in a bar. While at the bar he sees the girl who has lost. Later, the girl is seen buying roasted chestnuts and walking away - we then see Jim purchasing roasted chestnuts from the same place and he then bumps in to the girl. The frame freezes and cuts back to Jim performing the song. The final scene we see the girl sat on her bed looking sad, perhaps regretting everything.

"I Sleep Alone at Night"
Song

Jim Diamond's second solo release. Charted at #42 in 1985. Although the track was powerful and catchy, it was said to have been released at bad timing, seeing as his previous song I Should Have Known Better was still in the charts at the time.
