On example is a Judith Johnson, 61, of Georgetown, Delaware, USA. She was given "multiple medicines and synchronized shocks", and despite this, never regained a pulse. She was declared dead but was found to be very much alive and breathing in the morgue. She is at present suing the Beebe Medical Center, where it happened.
