I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Biketoberfest

There is a second biker event in Daytona Beach, named "Biketoberfest", usually held the weekend following Columbus Day (in October). Should Biketoberfest have its own article, or be added to Daytona Beach Bike Week? I'm a resident in Daytona Beach and have photos to organize and upload. Gamweb (talk) 15:41, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
