Didn't see any source to the "sometimes tickets used for fundraising" statement. I'm sure there would be a viable source if this did occur with authorization from government or police chiefs.

Didn't see any source to the "sometimes tickets used for fundraising" statement. I'm sure there would be a viable source if this did occur with authorization from government or police chiefs.
