There is a Montessori nursery for the younger children and a reception followed by years 1 to 8. It is situated in Hurst, Reading, Berkshire, England. The school aims to integrate all its studies with one another. This includes many residential field trips which combine different aspects of the curriculum. The current head is James Baker(May 08 James Baker has left the school at very short notice, it is not know why but considered that he did not agree with the ongoing management of the school). The principle is Dr Nancy Follett, who was one of the co-founders of Dolphin School in 1970.
