Pokemon unmerge proposal

Hello, this message is being sent to inform you that a proposal to un-merge all Pokemon articles has been started at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Pokemon#Pokemon and their rightful place. As a member of WikiProject Pokemon, your input would be much appreciated. GlassCobra 22:47, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dark Kiva

This was never an issue over EXISTENCE. It was an issue with sourcing the existence. Still, if you add any major content concerning any Dark Kiva character to any article (character section, character article, etc.) before the character appears in Japanese magazines, such as Terebi-kun, Figure-Oh, or Hyper Hobby, all of which are Japanese publications in Japan, you will be blocked from Wikipedia. Is this clear?Ryūlóng (竜龙) 02:30, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Leave me be unless you have scans that say DARK KIVA on them.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 02:46, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template user pages

I saw that you created a bunch of new user pages for other users. I did not see any indication that they invited you to work on their pages. If I am wrong and they did contact you to create their user page, please let me know. Otherwise I will request that they be deleted. Please notify users on their talk pages before creating pages in their userspace. Thank you. Wronkiew (talk) 03:28, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've deleted all of these userpages. Negabandit86, one more mis-step and you're off this site for good.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 04:01, 5 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello?

Hey, i know you. you're from bioniclepedia. mind i help you here? C'mon.

Dark Kiva

Using NegativeEnergyChip321 as your proxy to write the article for Kamen Rider Dark Kiva is still wrong. He has been blocked from Wikipedia, as there are no constructive edits from him.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 22:38, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Negabandit86_and_NegativeEnergyChip321 about this situation if you are interested. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 09:53, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Episode 38 of Kiva

Please, leave the "List of Kamen Rider Kiva episodes" page alone. The edit you made by adding assumptions about Episode 38 was totally uncalled for. How would you know what will happen, like the second encounter of Otoya against King? Episode 37 isn't going to be aired until this Sunday and then TV Asahi will provide information of the next episode afterwards.

In conclusion, do not revert my edit again. Got that? --Burai (talk) 20:43, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And, as a reminder, the next thing you do wrong, Negabandit86, you will be indefinitely blocked.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 00:15, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Article on Dark Kiva

There will not be an article on Dark Kiva until any of the following events happen:

  1. Dark Kiva is featured in a Japanese magazine that focuses on children's programing or toy franchises such as Terebi-kun, Figure-Oh, Hyper Hobby, or similar items.
  2. Dark Kiva is featured on an official Toei website, such as http://www.toeihero.net, http://www.toei.co.jp/tv/kiva/, or similar pages
  3. Dark Kiva is featured on an official TV Asahi website, such as http://www.tv-asahi.co.jp/kiva/
  4. Dark Kiva is featured in the show (Sunday, October 26, 2008, 8:00 - 8:30 JST)

If you create Kamen Rider Dark Kiva any time before these events happen, you will be blocked.

Do I make myself clear?—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 19:38, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And you know what? If I don't reply, that means I'm not online.Ryūlóng (竜龙) 19:46, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

And because you didn't listen to me, you've been indefinitely blocked.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 01:28, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Block

As with any block, you may appeal with {{unblock|your text here}}.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 01:31, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Listen, admin, I didn't do anything wrong. You were suppose to look at previews. It gives out reference. Seriuosly, I listened to you. Alright, since you're adimin I can't do anything, but listen, unblok me. if I ever do this again I get kicked outta wikipedia and never come again9 you could do that because you said i'll be off this site for good.

Decline reason:

I've been looking into this, and I'm not entirely comfortable with the block as it was made. Several actions appear to have been taken here - on both sides - which were out of line. As Ryulong appears to be deeply involved in this dispute, I am very surprised s/he blocked you themself, especially for an indefinite period with no prior blocks. However, looking into your conduct, Negabandit, there are some things I'm concerned about as well. The meatpuppetry a couple weeks back, for one thing, and the edit warring and impatience recently over the Kamen Rider Kiva episodes. For this reason, I am not unblocking you, however I am reducing your block to a term of 48 hours, starting from this post. An indefinite block seems out of line for no prior block history, especially with an involved administrator. I'd recommend you take this two-day period as a break from the site, and take the time to review some of our policies and your recent conduct. If you have questions, feel free to send me an email. — Hersfold (t/a/c) 04:05, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This feels like a bad block to me. And to be honest, I am not exactly sure what the exact block reason is. "Ignoring warnings" may be justification for a short block, but not indef. I would be interested to hear from the blocking admin as to the exact reason for the block. Tiptoety talk 03:42, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dark Kiva, again

No, there cannot be an article because there is no information concerning him on the official websites and he appeared only in the last two minutes of the episode. When the TV Asahi site has a page on Dark Kiva or when the November magazines come out (which should be really soon), then there will be an article on Dark Kiva. If none of this happens, and you write the article regardless, I will get someone to block you.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 22:14, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

First, stop replying in old threads on my page, make a new one. Second, Dark Kiva appears all in one minute of the last episode (and I streamed the episode on Saturday evening). Stop bothering me about the page. The article on Dark Kiva will be made when there is more than two minutes of him in an episode, such as his page on the TV Asahi website for Kiva, or scans of him in the November Terebi-kun or Hyper Hobby (nothing about Dark Kiva in Figure-Oh). Wait a few days, or wait until episode 39 airs in two weeks.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 21:50, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Restoring content to a User's page after that User has removed it is considered harrassment. Please stop reposting to User talk:Ryulong. Little Red Riding Hoodtalk 21:54, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I can't stand it anymore. I CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE! I'm leaving wikipedia for two weeks. THIS IS DAMN ANNOYING! Negabandit86 (talk) 21:56, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The December issue of Hyper Hobby and Toei Hero MAX 27 have come out in Japan and they feature Dark Kiva in full, which is why the article exists now. I don't know why you persist in posting on my talk page in old sections, but please post new sections if you have something new to say.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 23:03, 30 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
