Shouldn't parent category be "Drugs"?

I see that as of edit 00:15, July 28, 2005 Centrx (this topic does not belong in both categories), this category seized to be a subcategory of "Drugs". I find this hard to understand and I request the rationale for this change. __meco 12:22, 24 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
