Alexandre Minkowski (December 5, 1915 - May 7, 2003) was a French pediatrician. He was the physician in France who arguably exerted the greatest influence on neonatology in the 20th century.

He was the son of Eugene Minkowski and Françoise Minkowska, two Jewish psychiatrists.
