Noreen Evans (born 22 April 1955, San Diego, CA) represents the 7th Assembly district of California. She is a Democrat. Prior to being elected to the Assembly, she served on the Santa Rosa city council from 1996 until 2004. In 2000, she made an unsuccessful bid for the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors. Evans is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento and University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law.
