Vellian Crowler

Dr. Vellian Crowler, known in Japan as Cronos de Medici (クロノス・デ・メディチ), is a fictional character in the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! GX (Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX in Japan).

35-year old Crowler is a professor at Duel Academy (Duel Academia). Crowler secretly tries to force low-performing students out of his school. After the main character, Jaden Yuki (Judai Yuki), defeats Crowler at a duel, Crowler tries as hard as he can to get Jaden kicked out of the Duel Academia. Over the few times he has attempted to kick out Jaden, he has failed. In one occasion, He makes Chazz Princeton (Jun Manjoume) duel Jaden with the "Unbeatable Combos", and failed. In another occasion, He has also makes a fake letter to falsely prove that Jaden is a pervert. Jaden then asked Syrus Truesdale (Sho Marufuji) to go to Jaden's locker and instead Crowler got a picture of Syrus.

Crowler's clothing and hair have lead many to call him 'Miss'. His dubbed voice is also somewhat feminine. Crowler's most powerful monsters are the Ancient Gear series of monsters.
