City Garden

City Garden (城市花園 in Chinese) is a private residential development in North Point, Hong Kong. It was built in Year 1983-1986 by Cheung Kong Holdings Limited.

Structure

City Garden locates at 233 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. It lies on the seaside of Victoria Harbour. City Garden consists of 14 residential buildings with 28 levels each. Phrase 1 includes Block 1-6 while phrase 2 includes Block 7-14. The whole site provides totally 2,393 units, accommodating more than 9,000 residents. There is a 2 lanes road going through the site which names City Garden Road.
