Leonard, better known as Lenny is the least cleverest of Sally, Jamie and himself. He does all sorts of embarassing things like asking people who have no clue what he's talking about for help. He is also the funniest of the trio. However, quite a few times, he has messed up things for Sally and Jamie, like the time when their hotel was to be demolished. Lenny's father worked at the council and when Lenny asked him if there had been a demolition for their hotel, his father said no, it was next door. Lenny also when is told a phrase takes it seriously and does exactly what the phrase says. There are some phrases where they all do that for example the phrase 'Let's put our thinking caps on' they all wear actual caps. Lenny, Jamie and Sally put in so much effort that day, and acheived hardly anything. Lenny is a funny, humorous but silly character at the hotel. At the beggining of every episode, Jamie says that Lenny is ' a man of many talents' but they just don't know what his talents are!

General Storyline

Hotel Trubble is a childrens' teleserial on CBBC. It starrs Dominique Moore as Sally, the receptionist, Gary Damer as Lenny, Sam Phillips as Jamie, the bellboy and Sheila Bernette as Mrs. Poshington, a guest who never leaves. The teleserial is a comical experience, with very funny incidents that occur during every episode. Mrs. Poshington has a fake stuffed cat of the name 'General Sirius Poshington. She does not however, seem to be aware of the fact that he is real. Mrs. Poshington has at least one complaint each day, most days she has more than one however. They have a TV that speaks in different languages such as French and Japanese. In one particular episode, the shower spurted pineaple juice! There are approximately eight episodes that have been on TV between December 2008 and January 2009. Sally, Jamie and Lenny all lose their common sense during panic, though they are always willing to work as a team.

Leonard Lemon (Gary Damer)

Lenny, Jamie and Sally put in so much effort on the day of the demolition, and acheived hardly anything. Lenny is a funny, humorous but silly character at the hotel. At the beggining of every episode, Jamie says that Lenny is ' a man of many talents' but they just don't know what his talents are!

Sally (Dominique Moore)

Sally is the receptionist of the hotel. She can be rather haughty and arrogant at times, but she means well. She thinks herself very glamorous and cool. One time she says to Lenny, good is Gossip magazine and bad is orange nail varnish. In one of the episodes she gets nominated for the person with the best shoes. She has a reasonable amount of common sense and thinks she is the best at acting, dancing and being good-looking. She did though, only get as far as playing the sheep in her Cinderella play at school. Sally is kind, at times thoughtless, moany, arrogant but has a good heart and a good character overall.

Jamie (Sam Phillips)

Jamie is the bellboy of Hotel Trubble and probably the one with the most common sense, he does at some parts, have a lack of confidence and panics. He also does embarassing things when he is in a panic. He thinks Lenny is sometimes very silly and embarassing. He is always the first person to yell "No-o-o-o-o-o" when its time to panic. He works his way through many puzzles of logic trhough. He was also like Sally, nominated, but for being the best bellboy. He is sensitive, has strong emotions like the time Sally kissed him, he stood rubbing the spot for a long time. Jamie is a good character and always means well. He is probably the most understandable of the threesome.

Mrs. Poshington (Sheila Bernette) and General Sirius Poshington

Mrs. Poshington, is described by Jamie as a regular pest that never leaves. The first thing she does in the morning, is comes downstairs with complaints, some with no logical answer such as: "Why is there sunlight?" She claims to be a marathon runner, the Queen's cousin, a former actress and a grandmother. In a few of the episodes, she helps Sally, Lenny and Jamie with solutions to their problems. She has great determination and gets something every single time she asks for it. Mrs. Poshington seems to be demanding, kind-hearted and filled with will power.

General Sirius Poshington is the fake stuffed cat belonging to Mrs. Poshington. She does not seems to realize that he is not real and she pushes it on a wagon. She evens says things like: "Sirius doesn't like running, he likes the cycling trips we go on together. She also says poor Sirius he's a big Cheryl Cole fan aren't you Sirius?" She even asks Sally to look after it for her when she goes out and calls frequently during this period to ask if Sirius is alright.

Mr. Trubble

Mr. Trubble owns Hotel Trubble and calls very often. He does not use a normal phone. Every time, he uses a special red phone with a siren. Once, he threatens to fire Sally, Jamie and Lenny if they don't give him a good birthday party. Mrs. Poshington is responsible and is told that she will lose her room if the party isn't good. Once the Trubble diamond is brought in by an impostor who try to steal it. The gang work together and find that he is an impostor. He first tries to accuse Sally and then Lenny. Mr. Trubble isn't really proven to have a nature anyone could quite describe.
