Tinglish is the imperfect form of English produced by native Thai speakers because of language interference from the first language.

Some common examples are:

  • same same and same same but different;
  • I love you too much;
  • I have ever been to London;
  • take a bath referring to taking a shower;
  • non-use or incorrect use of declension and conjugation.
