Mandalay Entertainment is a film production company, founded in 1995. They partner with Columbia Pictures, Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures and others for most of their films (the best known probably being I Know What You Did Last Summer).
They also own, via their Mandalay Sports Entertainment subsidiary, a number of minor league baseball teams, notably the Las Vegas 51s.
