José Ramón Esnaola Laburu (born June 3, 1946 in Andoaín, Guipúzcoa), is a Spanish former footballer who played for La Liga sides Real Sociedad and Real Betis. Esnaola competed in 166 league games for Sociedad, and 303 for Betis. He spent over ten years at Betis as a player. He became goalkeeping coach for the club in the summer of 2007.
