Aleksandr Kharlov (born March 18, 1958) is a retired track and field hurdler from the Soviet Union, best known for winning the bronze medal at the inaugural 1983 World Championships in the men's 400m Hurdles. He set his personal best (48.78) in the same event on 1983-06-20 at a meet in Moscow. Kharlov competed at the 1980 Summer Olympics, where he was eliminated in the semifinals of the men's 400m Hurdles event.
