Scouting Stub‑class Low‑importance

	Scouting portal Greater New York Councils is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. Could the lead be clearer that this is about Scouting?

I just arrived here in the process of disambiguating the different meanings of Greater New York. Could the lead paragraph or the title make it a little clearer that the very general title "Greater New York Councils" refers (I presume) to Scouting?
