Otomo clan (大伴氏) was a Japanese clan, which has served Okimi for a long time. After the decline prior to the Taika Restoration in 645, it regained influence in the court by siding with Jinshin (672).
Its members include:
- Otomo no Yakamochi (718 - 785)
- Otomo no Tabito - Yakamochi's father
