The Patents and Designs Act, 1911 in Bangladesh. This act extends to the whole of Bangladesh and came into force from the 1st January, 1912. It mainly provides some definitions relating to this Act, i.e. definitions of ‘Attorney General’, ‘Copyright’, ‘Design’, ‘Patent’, ‘Manufacture’ etc.
