Uhm...

Phi Sigma Kappa - UVA

What was the basis for editing the charter range for Psi chapter?

I did revisit the history and found somewhat conflicting reports. In some cases, the chapter was reported closed 1917-1921 and, in others, that it was simply recommended for closing.

However, it definitely became inactive during the Great Depression.
