Hi GERKRA, and welcome to Wikipedia. While I am happy that you are contributing to the airport articles, I am concerned about your adding of flagicons to the destination lists. Airport articles follow a standard defined at Wikipedia:WikiProject Airports, and it does not include flags. See also Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Airports/Archive 3#User adding flags to destination lists. The reason for not including flags, is that it clogs up the readability of the destination lists, making it very difficult to read the actual destinations. Basically, the encyclopædic information drowns in the many small icons. On Wikipedia, we never use flagicons in prose or any other runnin text. There is also consensus to not include the name of the country in the destionation list, only the city. Thank you for your understanding. Arsenikk (talk) 22:22, 6 March 2009 (UTC) |

Flagicons in airport destination lists
Arsenikk (talk) 22:22, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
