Louis FitzHenry (January 13, 1870 – November 18, 1935) was a United States federal judge.

FitzHenry was born in Bloomington, Illinois. He received a LL.B. from Illinois Wesleyan University Law School in 1897. He was in private practice of law in Bloomington, Illinois from 1897 to 1907. He was a City attorney of Bloomington, Illinois from 1907 to 1911. He was a U.S. Representative from Illinois from 1913 to 1915. He was in private practice of law in Bloomington, Illinois from 1915 to 1918.

FitzHenry was a federal judge to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. FitzHenry was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on July 1, 1918, to a seat vacated by J. Otis Humphrey. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on July 6, 1918, and received commission the same day. FitzHenry's service was terminated on October 3, 1933, due to appointment to another judicial position.

FitzHenry was a federal judge to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. FitzHenry was nominated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on June 3, 1933, to a seat vacated by George True Page. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on June 10, 1933, and received commission on June 16, 1933. FitzHenry's service was terminated on November 18, 1935, due to death.

He died in Normal, Illinois.
