Benny Dayal is an Indian singer. He is a member of the band S5.[1]
Biography
Benny Dayal hails from Kollam district, Kerala.[2] He did his B.Com from Madras Christian College.
Benny used to work for R R Donnelley where he participated in many music competetions representing RRD.

His most recent Album was Saaral, which was released on September 29th 2008. Benny has sung 3 songs for the album Saaral. The songs are Vizhiyoram, Yenthan Nenjil, and Azhaga Kollai Azhaga. The trio of Benny Dayal, Sanjeev Philip Thomas, and Gopakumar TV, have released their first video song, Vizhiyoram.

In the movie "By the people"(Malayalam)Benny dayal shown his charm as an actor along with his 'S5'band partners. It was a suspense thriller , and all the songs were sung by 'S5'members for the composer Pravin mani who was an assistant to A.R Rahman. This is how Rahman got to know about Benny Dayal and given him chance in his compositions.
