-Users are uploading images, and then realizing they used the wrong tag. I have discussed this with a user recently. They were completely baffled as to how to repair their mistake. For more info see:

I have made several suggestions on how we can more clearly explain uploading, and you seem dead set against nearly all my ideas. Unless you can give some reasons other than [[WP:IDONTLIKEIT]] for not explaining uploading better on the "own work" upload page, then people should ignore you in my opinion.
