Sick is the new album by Duff McKagans Loaded, released via Century Media. It was first released on March 20, 2009 in the Netherlands.

Sick is the follow up to 2001's Dark Days.

The album was released via Century Media as a standard CD, Limited Edition Digipak, Vinyl, and Digital Download. The digipak includes a DVD featuring live content, recorded at The Garage in Glasgow on September 22, 2008.
