It isn't really up to me to explain. As you will see, thanks to you I spotted the [[Qualys]] article and have tagged it. However, the claims of notability made by this article are greater than yours, and most of the promotional content was not present when the article was first created but seem to have been added later. That's the main reason I haven't deleted that one as well. |
