La Seu d'Urgell airport is closed since 1984 and it is being used for private aeroplanes[1]. It is located at the south of la Seu d'Urgell (Alt Urgell, Catalonia) in the municipalities of Montferrer i Castellbò and Ribera d'Urgellet.
Institut Català del Sòl (a department of the catalan government) bought the 85% of the airport terrains for creating Pirineus-Andorra airport.[1]
