Arrivals & Departures is the third studio album by the post-hardcore band Silverstein. It was released on July 3, 2007, on Victory Records. The first single off this record is "If You Could See Into My Soul," followed by "Still Dreaming."

The album debuted at number 25 on the U.S. Billboard 200, selling about 27,000 copies in its first week.[1]

The music video for "Still Dreaming" was released on February 27, 2008.
