The BC Lions are a major professional sports team of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, the Lions play their home games at BC Place Stadium in Downtown Vancouver, having previously played at Empire Stadium in East Vancouver from 1954 to 1982.

The Lions have played every season in the CFL since 1954, winning the league's Grey Cup championship five times, with their most recent championship occurring in 2006.
