She is currently the national affairs correspondent and substitute host for [[CTV News with Lloyd Robertson]] and previously was co-[[:wikt:host|host]] on [[Canada AM]] between 2001-2003, [[parliament of Canada|parliamentary]] correspondent for CTV News between 2000 and 2001, [[CTV Newsnet]] evening [[anchor]] between 1998-2000, consumer reporter for CTV News 1997-1998, weekend anchor and [[reporter]] for CTV Newsnet, 1997-1998 and reporter and news anchor for [[CKCO]] in [[Kitchener, Ontario]] between 1991-1997 and a radio news reporter for [[CFCA]] between 1989-1991. LaFlamme graduated from the [[University of Ottawa]]. She received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario in 2006. |
