William "Billo" Rees is a former professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s and 1930s who at club level has played for; Swinton, and at representative level has played for; Wales, Great Britain, whose position was Stand-off/Five-Eighth, Scrum-half/halfback, i.e. number 6, 7.
