Thanks for adding sources. Unfortunately, the sources still do not support the content that I deleted earlier. While they are related to the new sentence you added about Echo Bay, they do not support the details you provided about Echo Bay. I still do not see this material as sourced encyclopedic content. Wikipedia is not a platform for publishing public relations material about real estate projects.
