When Timmy learns his fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, want a child, he's propelled into wishing for a baby of their own. The problem, however, is the Supreme Fair Council forbids any more fairy babies in [[Fairy World]] (because Cosmo, the last fairy baby, was very destructive), yet techically could be allowed as Jorgen forgot to add it to Da Rulez. Despite this, Wanda and Cosmo are obliged to grant Timmy's wish. Because fairy men are the ones that give birth, Cosmo becomes visibly pregnant and suffers mood swings. Cosmo's moodiness angers Timmy, and when he can no longer take it, Timmy hastily wishes Cosmo would "get lost". According to the Fairy Rule Book, anything wished for must be granted, so Cosmo ''literally'' gets lost. This act of ill judgment forces Timmy and Wanda, along with the help of [[Jorgen Von Strangle]], to search for Cosmo. During their quest, the [[Anti-Fairies]] and the Pixies are informed of the baby, and decide to kidnap it and use its powers to their own advantage (because fairy baby magic is highly powerful and unstable). This sparks a race between the Pixies and Anti-Fairies and Timmy, Wanda, and Jorgen to find Cosmo and the baby. Timmy and Wanda find Cosmo, but he's going into labor. They rush to the hospital where Cosmo gives [[birth]]. The doctor claims he'll need to take the baby outside where the light is better to check if it's a boy or a girl, but the doctor is revealed to be Anti-Cosmo. Now the Anti Fairies, the Pixies, Jorgen, and even [[Mama Cosma, who wants to pinch it's cheeks are after the child. Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, and the baby escape the chaos, giving Timmy time to formulate a plan. The plan fails, and the Pixies and the Anti Fairies capture the child and utilize its powers for evil. The Head Pixie and Anti-Cosmo are eventually defeated, and Wanda, Timmy, and Cosmo are left safe with the child, whom they name Poof, because this is the sound he makes when he does magic. |

Fairly OddBaby is a made-for-television movie and season premiere of The Fairly OddParents’ seventh season, which first aired on February 18, 2008.[1] The episode was the first in a one-year hiatus.[2] The special centers on the newborn child of Cosmo and Wanda, Timmy's fairy godparents, which sends both the human world and Fairy World into tumult.[1]
In its initial airing, the episode had 8.81 million viewers, making it the highest-rated cable show for the week of February 18-24, 2008. The re-airing of the movie the following day had 4.82 million viewers.[3] This animated film was Internationally Distributed by Nelvana Limited Outside the United States.
