The Serpent Servant is the 2nd full-length release of the Christian metal band Impending Doom. They worked with As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis and his production partner Daniel Castleman to record the album. The album was released in the US on March 31st, 2009 from Facedown Records and on March 30th, 2009 through Siege Of Amida Records. The title track as well as "Anything Goes" are currently streaming on their Myspace page. The lyrics to the title track are also posted on their Myspace. Also the track "More Than Conquerors" can be heard on YouTube.

This album hit #144 on the Billboard top 200. #3 In Heatseekers. The Serpent Servant sold 4,300 copies in its first week.
